The order management solution, which is part of the Fulfillment Orchestration product portfolio, provides automated and secure end-to-end order management -- from customer order through resource provisioning -- for mobile, broadband, and convergent service providers.
The order management solution is delivered from a high performance platform that supports both real-time and non real-time process. The high performance work flow engine executes & orchestrates in-parallel, complex and dynamically-assembled workflows for the realization in the network of offerings as defined in the catalog.

The Order Management function follows the TM Forum (TMF) Enhanced Telecom Operation Map (eTOM) Fulfillment Business Processes.
All this is done in conjunction with the service catalog and the service inventory for optimal order decomposition - a pre-requisite for fully automating processes.
