We have developed proven practices and repeatable high performance solutions that our customer can leverage to introduce new services in their own networks. These services provide our customers with what they need to install, customize and integrate Kabira Orchestration product solutions into their network. These services help our customers maximize the return on their investment in Kabira products by designing and implementing an IT environment that is right for their business now, and into the future.

Kabira provides its customers with a comprehensive set of project management and development services designed to meet the specific needs of their projects. In particular, Kabira can provide our customers with consulting assistance from analysis and design of new services, to the implementation of those services in their network, all the way to the validation of those services once they have been deployed in the network.

Customer Support: Kabira understands that in order to be competitive, the solutions and services rolled out by our customers need to provide the highest level of reliability and availability. Our customers need to know that that they can count on Kabira to be there to help them support the Kabira solutions deployed in their network.

The Kabira support organization is comprised of transaction-processing and communications systems experts with an in-depth understanding of Kabira technologies. Kabira customer support is the first line of contact for customers who have questions about, or issues with, Kabira products and services. They help our customers, maximize product reliability and performance and increase their operational efficiency through an integrated set of support services.

Through our customer support offerings, Kabira leverages our deep technical expertise and communications service provider business understanding into quantifiable efficiencies and savings that help our customers meet their business objectives.

Training Services: Kabira provides real world, practical solutions to our customers training issues. Kabira is dedicated to provide our customers with the training needed to rapidly create and roll out new services and to make the most of the Kabira solutions deployed in their networks. This training is designed to help our customers solve real-world problems by coming up to speed quickly on the use and application of Kabira Orchestration products.

Kabira offers both online and instructor led training This training is led by experienced instructors that have the knowledge and experience needed to maintain and leverage the Kabira solution deployments in a communications service provider’s network.
